How Do I Order Recipes?

Once you navigate to our homepage, Click on Recipes in the menu bar in the upper right-hand corner. Select the recipes you wish to purchase. If you are on a mobile device, you must click the 3 line menu bar in the upper right-hand corner to show the "Recipes" option. Once you have your desired recipes in your cart, proceed to checkout using our internal system or PayPal. Click Here to Order Recipes Now.

How do I place an online order for your upcoming event?

To place an order for an upcoming event in which we will be selling plates visit https://www.kulinarykay.com/online-ordering. Here you will select your menu items and also submit your payment prior to the date of the event. Pre-Orders will be allowed up to 14 days prior to the event. However, you MUST select your pickup/delivery time ON THE ACTUAL DATE OF THE EVENT (even if other dates are offered) or your order will be cancelled. Pre-Orders are HIGHLY SUGGESTED, due to high demand same-day orders may not be able to be accepted.

How can I get a quote for catering/private events?

If you are planning your next event and want to inquire about our catering services, Click Here. Submit the form with all of the required information and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

What happens after I purchase a recipe(s)?

After you purchase your recipes and the payment is successful, you should receive an email confirmation within 24 hours that will also contain your downloadable file. The Link is available for 30 days. We Recommend Downloading the file IMMEDIATELY.

Im having an issue downloading my recipe(s), what should I do?

If you are having trouble downloading your recipe or if your link appears to be unavailable or broken, we recommend opening the email containing the link in your email app. Click the download button located next to the image of your recipe and a pdf file should load in a separate window. You should save this file to your device. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at support@kulinarykay.com or visit our Contact Page and submit the form. Response Times are within 24-48 hrs.

Do you keep food/desserts on hand?

Food or desserts are subject to availability. Banana pudding, desserts, spicy bowls, and etc. may be available. These items can also be pre-ordered. If it is not a part of an event, food listed as in stock on the website is available for everyday purchase and pickup.

I didn't receive my confirmation email with my recipe(s) download, what should I do?

After placing your order if you DO NOT receive your confirmation email with the downloadable file, check ALL spam, junk, and archive folders. ASLO, check the email linked to your payment method ( ex. Paypal account email). If you are still unable to locate the file, fill out the Contact Us Form and include your order # for faster service. Response Time between 24-48 hours.

What is your refund policy?

There are NO REFUNDS on digital products/downloads. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for digital products/downloads that are mistaken for physical food items.
